§ 13995.81

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 229, Sec. 1.5. Effective January 1, 2004.

Any person who files false information concerning an assessment is civilly liable in an amount of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), in addition to any amount owed as the assessment.
