§ 14658

Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 144, Sec. 122.

The Director and the Department of General Services succeed to and are vested with all the duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction heretofore vested in the Capitol Building and Planning Commission by Chapter 2. 8 (commencing with Section 8160) of Division 1.
