§ 14672.6

Notwithstanding Section 14670, the Director of General Services, with the consent of the Director of State Hospitals, may let to a nonprofit corporation, for the purpose of conducting a canteen for use in connection with Napa State Hospital, and for a period not to exceed 25 years, a building located within the grounds of Napa State Hospital at Napa, California.
