(a)As part of its marketing activities in support of intercity rail services and associated feeder bus services, the department shall provide for complete train and bus schedule information, for services funded or otherwise coordinated by the department, to be published in existing, comprehensive nationwide transportation schedule publications for bus and rail services. The department is not required to provide for publication of the schedule information specified in subdivision (a) if complete bus and train schedules are published by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) in its nationwide timetable (Form A) in
addition to the department’s own California timetable.
