§ 15363.64

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 662, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2004.
(a)The Film California First Fund is hereby established in the State Treasury.
(b)The following moneys shall be paid into the fund:
(1)Any moneys appropriated and made available by the Legislature for the purposes of this chapter.
(2)Any other moneys that may be made available to the agency for the purpose of this chapter from

any other source, including the return from investments of moneys by the Treasurer.
