All notes issued pursuant to this part by the state are legal investments for any of the following:

(a)Trust funds.
(b)Funds of insurers.
(c)Funds of savings and loan associations.
(d)Funds of banks.
(e)Funds of state agencies, cities, counties, cities and counties or other public agencies or corporations.
