§ 19804

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 427, Sec. 97. (AB 1062) Effective January 1, 2014.

In the exercise of functions under this chapter, the department shall exercise no authority with respect to the selection, tenure of office, and compensation of any individual employed in accordance with established standards.
