§ 19703

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 427, Sec. 80. (AB 1062) Effective January 1, 2014.

A recommendation, question, or inquiry under this part shall not relate to the political or religious opinions or affiliations of any person, and an appointment to, change in, or removal from any position under this part or by rule shall not be in any manner affected or influenced by such opinions or affiliations.
