§ 18655

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 427, Sec. 16. (AB 1062) Effective January 1, 2014.

When any person selected to assist in examinations or to serve as an authorized representative or referee of the board or the department is employed by the State in some other capacity, it is a part of his or her official duties to serve without additional compensation other than his or her actual and necessary traveling expenses.
