§ 18801.1

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 665, Sec. 63. (SB 1308) Effective January 1, 2013.

The Department of Human Resources shall designate managerial positions, as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 3513, and shall report those designations to the board annually. Any disputes as to the managerial classification or position designations may be appealed to the State Personnel Board.
