§ 18930.1

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 313, Sec. 4. (AB 1604) Effective January 1, 2023.

The department shall establish best practices for each aspect of the design, announcement, and administration of examinations for the

purpose of increasing diversity of applicant pools on employment lists.
