§ 100049

Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 37, Sec. 39. (AB 1817) Effective June 27, 2018.

A payroll deposit IRA arrangement offered pursuant to the CalSavers Retirement Savings Program shall have the same status as, and be treated consistently with, any other IRA for the purpose of determining eligibility or benefit level for a program that uses a means test.
