§ 25351.15

The requirement of Section 25351.1 shall be met if the board has obtained from the transportation planning agency approval of its procedures and criteria for giving adequate consideration to the location of existing public transit corridors when constructing, purchasing, or leasing public buildings, or if the county is served by a countywide, statutorily created transit district. Before the transportation planning agency approves such procedures and criteria, any transit operator in the county shall have 45 days to review and comment.
