In the case of real property which is leased, sold, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to this chapter, the failure of the county to comply with the procedures applicable to such lease, sale, exchange, or other disposition shall not invalidate the interest of a bona fide lessee, purchaser, or encumbrancer for value.
