§ 31866.1

Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 1591.

Members who because of county service, are subject to the federal old age and survivors insurance provisions of the Federal Social Security Act shall pay the entire cost of the survivors benefits and lump sum supplemental survivorship benefit provided for in this article.
