§ 53836

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 114, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2005.

The powers conferred by this article are in addition to and alternative to any powers conferred by any other law for borrowing by a special district and any amount borrowed pursuant to this article shall not be considered in any limitation on the amount that may be borrowed by a special district under any other law.
