§ 56102

Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 37, Sec. 2. (AB 2957) Effective January 1, 2023.

For the purpose of any action to determine or contest the validity of any change of organization or reorganization, the change of organization or reorganization shall be deemed to take effect upon the date of execution of the certificate of completion.
