§ 61044

Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 249, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2006.

A board of directors shall hold a regular meeting at least once every three months. Meetings of the board of directors are subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act, Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5.
