§ 76200

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 502. Effective January 1, 2003.

Alameda County is authorized to establish a Courthouse Construction Fund pursuant to Section 76100 so long as the county maintains a courtroom building in the City of Berkeley. In the event that the courtroom building in the City of Berkeley is closed, Alameda County may not collect those funds.
