§ 71644

Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1010, Sec. 14. Effective January 1, 2001.

Disputes between a trial court and its employees regarding the alleged misapplication, misinterpretation, or violation of the trial court’s rules enacted pursuant to Sections 71641 and 71642 governing hiring, promotion, transfer, and classification shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
