§ 10433

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

Upon proof, after notice and hearing, that any such insurer or agent has violated any of the provisions of sections 10430, 10431, or 10432, the commissioner shall revoke the certificate of authority or license of the insurer or agent so offending.
