§ 70071

Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 92.

The first meeting of the board shall be held within 10 days after the board of supervisors certifies the results of the election to the Secretary of State pursuant to Section 70050. The board may make its own rules of procedure and determine the place and time of its meeting.
