§ 70076

Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 92.

Marin County Ordinance 617 (Merit System Ordinance) as amended or hereafter amended shall be applicable to all personnel of the district, except to the extent the provisions of such ordinance are in conflict with the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 70120) of this part.
