§ 130400

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1320, Sec. 1.

As used in this article:

(a)“Commission” means the county transportation commission created in Orange County pursuant to Section 130000.
(b)“County” means the County of Orange.
(c)“Transit operations” means all activities related to operating a transit system other than the purchase, construction, and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and facilities for public transit purposes.
