§ 130403

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1320, Sec. 1.
(a)The County of Orange shall conduct the special election called by the commission pursuant to Section 130401, and the commission shall reimburse the county for its cost in conducting the special election.
(b)The special election shall be called and conducted in the same manner as provided by law for the conduct of special elections by a county.
