The allocation for any eligible county from the Youthful Offender Block Grant Fund for offenders subject to Section 731.1 shall be determined by the Department of Finance, consistent with the ADP methodology and fiscal parameters used in Sections 1952, 1953, and 1953.5, for the corresponding fiscal year.
