§ 15914

Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 86, Sec. 32. (AB 1066) Effective July 15, 2011.

The application process used by the department to authorize entities to operate LIHPs and any agreements entered into by, or modified by, the department for purposes of this part shall not be subject to Part 2 (commencing with Section 10100) of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.
