§ 15915

Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 723, Sec. 2. (AB 342) Effective October 19, 2010.

In the event of a conflict between a provision of this part and a term or condition of the successor federal waiver or demonstration project pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 15910, the terms and conditions of the successor federal waiver or demonstration project shall control.
