§ 4840.2

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 239, Sec. 8. (AB 1839) Effective January 1, 2013.

Registered veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants shall not perform the following health care services:

(a)Surgery.
(b)Diagnosis and prognosis of animal diseases.
(c)Prescribing of drugs, medicine, and appliances.
