§ 1247.8

Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 559, Sec. 9. (SB 112) Effective October 11, 2009.

Each hemodialysis unit or clinic shall have information available for inspection by the department survey teams which verifies that the hemodialysis technicians employed at the unit or clinic meet the requirements of Section 1247.61.
