§ 1300.1

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 105, Sec. 4. (AB 144) Effective September 17, 2025.
(a)The application, registration, certification, and license fees specified in Section 1300 shall be adjusted annually in the manner specified in Section 100450 of the Health and Safety Code. The adjustments shall be rounded off to the nearest whole dollar amount.
(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2020.
