§ 3509

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 194, Sec. 12. (AB 1501) Effective January 1, 2026.

It shall be the duty of the board to:

(a)Establish standards for, and issue licenses to, applicants qualifying for licensure under this chapter as a physician assistant.
(b)Require the examination of applicants for licensure as a physician assistant who meet the requirements of this chapter.
