§ 4200.4

An applicant who fails either the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination or the California Practice Standards and Jurisprudence Examination for Pharmacists may not retake that examination for at least

45 days. The board may, in consultation with the Office of Professional Examination Services of the department, adopt a regulation establishing a different waiting period to retake the examination.
