§ 7610.1

Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 395, Sec. 12. (AB 180) Effective January 1, 2016.

In the enforcement of this act and the laws subject to its jurisdiction, the bureau has all the powers and is subject to all the responsibilities vested in and imposed upon the head of a department under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11150) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
