§ 8776.6

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 691, Sec. 25. Effective January 1, 2005. Section conditionally operative on January 1, 2008, pursuant to Section 8776.7.

The board may adopt regulations to further define the reporting requirements of Sections 8776, 8776.1, and 8776.2.
