§ 9855.5

Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1265, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1994. Repealed as of January 1, 2028, pursuant to Section 9855.9.

A service contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1794.4 and 1794.41 of the Civil Code.
