§ 6581

Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 681, Sec. 6. (AB 3144) Effective January 1, 2019.

A licensee, or an agent working on behalf of a licensee, including an attorney, shall not bill a client or impose a fee on the estate or trust of a client for responding to a complaint filed with the bureau against the licensee.
