§ 6728.5

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 1013, Sec. 54. Effective January 1, 2003.

The board may adopt, amend, or repeal, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code, rules and regulations necessary to implement these sections.
