§ 10009.5

Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 177, Sec. 5. (AB 685) Effective January 1, 2017.

“Provisions of this part relating to mineral, oil, and gas brokerage” means the provisions of Chapters 1, 2, 6, and 7, of Part 1.
