§ 11003

Amended (as amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 181, Sec. 4) by Stats. 2013, Ch. 605, Sec. 2. (SB 752) Effective January 1, 2014.

“Planned development” has the same meaning as specified in Section 4175 or 6562 of the Civil Code.
