§ 19220

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable for each offense by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) or by imprisonment for not less than three nor more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
