§ 19120

Amended by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1448, Sec. 10.

The enforcement of all sanitization regulations pertaining to any article subject to this chapter is vested in the bureau. The bureau shall consult with the State Department of Health Services on any changes to the sanitization requirements.
