§ 19174.5

Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 508, Sec. 37. (SB 814) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of December 31, 2026, by its own provisions.
(a)All moneys in the Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation Fund shall be transferred to the Household Goods and Services Fund by July 1, 2026. On July 1, 2026, the Home Furnishing and Thermal Insulation Fund shall be abolished.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until December 31,

2026, and as of that date is repealed.
