§ 878

Amended by Stats. 1986, Ch. 817, Sec. 3.

The county fish and game warden shall enforce the state laws relating to the protection of fish and game. The warden has the powers and authority conferred by law upon peace officers listed in Section 830.6 of the Penal Code.
