§ 6103.1

Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 579.

Section 6103 does not apply to any fee or charge for official services required by Parts 2 (commencing with Section 1200) 3 (commencing with Section 2000), and 4 (commencing with Section 4000) of Division 2 of the Water Code.
