§ 50843

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

At each quarterly meeting, the board shall send to the treasurer and the auditor of the local agency a list of persons entitled to payment from the fund and the amount and purpose of the payments. The list shall be certified and signed by the president and secretary of the board and attested under oath.
