§ 50844

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

The auditor shall copy the list in a book kept for that purpose which shall be known as the police relief and pension fund book or the firemen’s relief and pension fund book. The auditor shall transmit the list to the legislative body of the local agency. It shall order the payment of the amounts in the list out of the fund.
