§ 50881

Amended by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1436.

If a member dies from natural causes after 10 years of service, his or her surviving spouse or children, or if there are no surviving spouse or children, his or her parents or siblings, shall receive one thousand dollars ($1,000) from the fund.
