§ 50883

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, the payment of a pension or benefit to the recipient shall cease.

The recipient is:

(a)Convicted of a felony.
(b)Becomes a habitual drunkard.
(c)Becomes a nonresident of this State.
(d)Fails to report for examination for duty unless excused by the board.
(e)Disobeys the requirements of the board as to the examination or duty.
