§ 54107

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

The legislative body entering into an agreement to pay rentals to the board shall include in its budget for any year during which the agreement is in effect an amount sufficient to pay the rental due the board during the year. The amount included in the budget shall be used only for the payment of the rental.
